They worked hard to diagnose the issue, and went the extra mile to keep costs down, even calling the heater manufacturer to see if my parts were under warranty. When things cost a bit more than expected (turned out the part that was bad was one of the more expensive parts), he was willing to work with me on a payment plan. The kindness, professionalism, and level of care I received from Kirk and Garrett through this process was something I definitely did not expect. When the parts store was closed for the evening, rather than having us pay the high price of purchase for after-hours parts, they lent us a couple of heaters for my kids' rooms so they'd be comfortable overnight. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, and next time, I won't bother using Angie's List - I'll be calling New Climate!.”
